Project of Interia - Exotica, Sector 45

Located in Exotica, Sector 45, this ground-floor villa, renovated and restructured by the client in 2009, had outlived its aesthetics and practicality. Interia designers completely transformed the interior of the villa, making it feel far more spacious, modern, and elegantly refined. One of the biggest challenges was creating additional space, which was achieved through intelligent space planning. The entire project was designed and delivered within very tight timelines, as the client had temporarily shifted to a rented apartment.
