ATS, Noida
Overview
Designing inside ATS Pristine in Sector 150, Noida, meant proving that an urban high-rise apartment can feel completely disconnected from the chaos of the city outside. For this 1,741-square-foot residential layout, Interia leaned into a quiet, heavily restrained design language. The goal wasn’t to fill the rooms with striking centerpieces, but to let the air and natural light do the heavy lifting. By weaving together the raw utility of Japanese design with the gentle warmth of Scandinavian interiors, we built a living space where every texture feels intentional, every corner has breathing room, and the home acts as a hard reset from the outside world.

Quiet Material Rhythm
We approached this 1,741-square-foot footprint with a strict mandate: maximize visual flow and remove unnecessary friction. Executed efficiently over a six-month timeline, the layout uses an open-concept flow to make the apartment feel significantly larger than its physical blueprint. The color story stays anchored in light oak woods, matte oatmeals, and soft greys, allowing our bespoke furniture curation to dictate the purpose of each zone without needing harsh architectural dividers or bulky structural interventions.

The living lounge frames a massive, low-profile cream sectional sofa paired with an architectural floor lamp that casts a soft downward glow. Textural contrast comes from rough clay planters and light wooden slats on the wall, balancing the clean lines of the space. The same calm energy carries over to the dining area and kitchen, creating a fluid, intentional backdrop built for quiet afternoons and slow conversations.

Stripping Away The Noise To Make Room For Slow, Intentional Living

Design Philosophy
The technical approach for this Noida apartment centers entirely on true "Japandi Minimalism." We avoided decorative clutter, focusing instead on spatial discipline and tactile warmth. The design relies on the contrast between sharp, black accent metal elements and organic materials like light oak and woven linens. By utilizing hidden, dimmable LED strip lighting alongside low-slung, custom-built furniture silhouettes, we ensured the apartment feels deeply grounded, cozy, and highly functional, honoring traditional minimalism while keeping the daily needs of a contemporary family front and center.
