Overview
Designing the Gorav Kukkar residence in GK II Enclave, Delhi, was all about making a 1,875 sq. ft. space feel bright, open, and timeless. Moving away from predictable dark luxury tones, we embraced a clean, white-on-white palette paired with neoclassical elements. The real magic lies in the details—custom wall mouldings, structural arches, and subtle geometric patterns that give the home a distinct personality without cluttering the visual field. It’s a fresh, bright take on city living where architecture and custom furniture work together seamlessly.

The Grandeur of Detail
This project demonstrates how a thoughtful layout can make a mid-sized apartment feel much larger. By sticking to a neutral, white theme and using continuous marble flooring, we opened up the entire floor plan. Instead of bulky walls, we used fluid design elements like fluted paneling and recessed arches to divide the spaces, creating a smooth transition from the lively living area to the quiet bedrooms.
You can witness how the bedroom pairs a neat, fluted headboard with soft botanical wallpaper panels and warm globe lights. This clean aesthetic flows right into the kitchen featured here, where soft grey-blue cabinets, white countertops, and smart storage maximize every inch of the space.

Design Philosophy
The philosophy for this project was "Simplicity with a Classical Edge". We wanted to capture the elegance of the neo-classical style without the heavy, old-fashioned ornamentation. By focusing on a neutral color palette, we let the craftsmanship and materials stand out—from the matte wall profiles to the polished marble surfaces. Every arch and custom cabinet was built to look tailored and clean, balancing classic symmetry with a relaxed, modern family lifestyle.
