Gorav Kukkar
Overview
The residence of Gorav Kukkar is an evocative journey into "Regal Contemporary," where traditional opulence is distilled through a modern lens. The property stands as a celebration of textural depth, moving away from flat surfaces to embrace a world of 3D-molding, intricate veneer patterns, and layered stone.
The color palette is intentionally diverse yet unified by a common thread of warmth: ranging from creamy champagnes and soft blushes to the striking gravitas of charcoal and gold. Interia has meticulously balanced expansive social zones with high-impact architectural features, such as the grand, circular ceiling alcoves and bespoke marble inlay flooring.

The Grandeur of Detail
In the Kukkar residence, the design logic centers on "Focal Symmetry." Whether it is the dining room’s circular geometry or the bedroom’s centered fluted paneling, the space guides the eye toward curated moments of luxury. The property utilizes "Material Layering", pairing reflective mirrors with matte fabrics and polished stones with soft, textured wallpapers, to ensure every room feels dynamic. This project proves that high-glamour and modern functionality can coexist, creating an environment that feels less like a standard apartment and more like a bespoke manor tailored for the modern age.

The Celestial Dining & Bar Lounge: The dining area is a masterclass in geometric harmony, featuring a grand circular drop-ceiling that mirrors the round, marble-topped dining table below. The space is separated from the social lounge by a sophisticated, gold-toned metallic screen, offering privacy without sacrificing the open flow. Deep charcoal cabinetry in the bar area provides a dramatic backdrop, highlighted by amber-toned accent lighting that creates a "golden hour" glow, ideal for evening transitions.
The Master Suite of Soft Contours: The bedroom transitions into a more delicate aesthetic, utilizing a palette of powder pink and soft grey. The focal point is a floor-to-ceiling headboard featuring a mix of vertical fluting and geometric fabric panels, flanked by suspended metallic globe pendants. The use of warm-toned wood for the flooring and side console adds an organic grounding to the space, while the sheer curtains ensure a soft, diffused quality of light that enhances the room’s tranquil vibe.

Design Concept & Philosophy
The design philosophy for this project is "New-Age Maximalism." It operates on the belief that more is more when handled with architectural discipline. The goal was to create a "sensory-rich" environment where every surface offers a different tactile experience. This is achieved through "Radial Design," where circular patterns in the ceilings and furniture create a sense of inclusion and warmth, breaking the monotony of traditional rectangular floor plans.
The project expresses itself as "The Modern Jewel Box." It is an expression of success and warmth, where the "expression" is found in the glimmer of a gold inlay or the soft curve of a velvet chair. It is unapologetically luxurious, aiming to provide a high-definition living experience that celebrates craftsmanship in its most intricate form.
